Pricing
|
Still
Water pricing is considered all-inclusive.
That means that
you won't find any hidden charges for internal domestic flights, park
entrance fees, travel permits and other "extras" sometimes
found on other tours.
Our philosophy
is that you shouldn't be charged extra for something that is an integral
part of a travel program.

48 states, or the trip departure date as indicated on our Trip Schedule,
whichever comes first. Cancellation and determination of cancellation
fee is effective on the date of receipt of your written notification.
In addition, you are responsible for all airfare and transit accommodation
cancellation penalties, which are not included above. Payments due
at the time of cancellation remain the responsibility of the client.
Participants are responsible for being in sufficiently good health
and condition to undertake the trip. Once a trip has started, refunds
will not be made for missed arrangements for any reason whatsoever. We
highly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
Canceled Trips
Still Water Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip
prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient
sign-up or logistical problems that will impede trip operations.
The refund of all payments received shall release Still Water
Travel from any further liability should we cancel a trip due
to circumstances within our control. Still Water Travel is
not responsible for non recoverable expenses incurred by trip
members in preparing for a canceled trip, such as non-refundable
advance purchase air tickets, visa fees, equipment, etc., nor
for any necessary additional arrangements should the applicant
have embarked prior to the group's departure date.
We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance that
covers the full land and air cost of your trip. If we are
forced to cancel the trip for reasons within our control, you will
be entitled to a full refund of all payments made toward the trip. The
low cost Travel Insurance is meant to protect you for covered reasons in
case you must cancel your participation in the trip or if Still Water
Travel is forced to cancel the trip due to circumstances beyond our
control. Any cancellation on your behalf during the trip will not be
entitled to any refund of payments made.
Items not included in trip costs:
Medical expenses, costs of hospitalization or evacuation
from remote areas; laundry; airport departure taxes not included
on your ticket; accommodations en route to base cities; visas;
airfares; gratuities and insurance. If a trip must be extended
or an itinerary modified due to weather, road conditions, lack
of transportation, political or civil disputes, medical emergency
or other causes beyond our control, all associated costs including
any non recoverable costs are not included in the trip rates
or refunds. You must obtain trip cancellation insurance to
cover these costs.
