This
Month's Topic
Creativity
Muse, Jill Badonsky will
be presenting a short lecture followed by creative
expression, opening the floodgates of creativity
and our Council discussion.
Jill's
inspiring topic
is:
Forget
the Rules - Let's get creative!
In the
creative process we are impassioned, alive, happier,
enlightened and even more
generous. The process
of bringing something new, novel or needed into existence
is one of life’s peak experiences, a release
from stress, and in accordance with a timeless flow.
However, the nature of creativity makes it mysterious
and often elusive. How can we make this coveted human
ability more attainable?
Jill
Badonsky will share some ways that she has discovered
that has freed
imprisoned
inspiration both in her own
creative exploration as well as her practice of
coaching hundreds of individuals to a place of
seeing that
creativity is right under their nose. Come awaken
to the nature
of the miraculous.
- Give
your creative self a compassionate kick in the
patooti.
- Find
inspiration in the most absurd places that you
might normally overlook.
- Break
through the creative block experienced
from the goal oriented process and dive
headlong and footloose into
the creative
moment
in
every
nanosecond as it unfolds.
- Find the permission to
let your audacity and confidence overcome hyper
self consciousness.
- And finally (this one I
really like) Sublimate your darkside into art!!
This
is an evening that's all about creativity and letting
it go, letting it flow and allowing yourself to
grow.
